Central Bathroom Remodel

A Phinney Ridge couple, an architect and a graphic designer, designed their bathroom to allow for better flow between the bedroom and the rest of their condo. CD+B gutted a bathroom and moved the location to the center of the condo, which meant it had no exterior windows. We improvised with thin glass panels along the top of two walls to allow light into the bathroom.

We used Squak Mountain recycled concrete countertops, vessel sinks, large mirrored medicine cabinets, and mosaic glass tile around the large cast iron tub. (Designed by the Gilberts.)
